Watch a video (above) and then write a short description/summary of the topic. Include the name of the lecturer, breifly describe the topics covered in the lecture and your conclusions, thoughts on the issue.
It should be about a page if hand-written and maybe 2/3 page if typed.
You will get HBA credit for the time of the video plus up to 30 minutes extra to account for the time to write your summary. (I reserve the right to reduce the time if your summary is too short or clearly not detailed enough to have taken 30 minutes)
